Replacement & Retrieval Policy

Dear Consumer:

The consumer protection law assures you that you can replace or return the defective
Product through the following steps:
1-Submit the purchase invoice .
2-Replacing or returning the product takes 14 days from the date of purchase
3-retrieval takes place the same way the purchase process happens.

How long until I receive my package?

Who pays for the shipping?

If the item is being exchanged due to defects or damage during shipping, because it is damaged, please contact us and we will cover the cost of shipping. If possible, we would like to see pictures of such defects.
